The opening night for the film, "One Soldier's Story", was a spectacular evening filled with emotional tears of joy, sadness, and laughter. The event included a special sampling of Mighty Mabel's brand new protein cookies, developed in conjunction with "Mikie's Minutes", where guests were given the very first chance to taste and rate the new cookie. There wasn't a dry eye as the night concluded with a very special live performance of the theme song, "Mikie's Minutes", performed by singer / songwriter Steve Pichan and his lovely daughter Stephanie.
